We are a boutique consultancy. You work closely with experienced people, and a named HKV lead stays your contact from the first conversation to the final handover. We send you a short list of consultants we would put our own name behind, chosen for your systems, your team and your timeline.
Our consultants work onshore, alongside your people, or offshore from across our global presence. You can mix the two. When your project goes live, the same people can stay on to support it.

Every engagement runs through one named HKV lead. You will know that person from the first call, and they will know your business by the time anyone starts.
You talk with an experienced HKV lead about the work, your team and your timing.
Together we agree on the roles, the skills, the onshore and offshore mix, and how we will both judge success.
We put forward consultants who fit the brief. You meet them and decide who joins your team before anyone starts.
Your consultants work as part of your team. Your HKV lead checks in with you and with them, and acts early when something needs to change.
Before the work ends, we document what we built and train your people to run it. If you want us to stay, our support teams carry on from there.
05Onshore and offshore
Onshore consultants work close to your team and in your time zone. They run the workshops, design sessions and decisions that go better in the same room.
Offshore consultants extend your working hours and add capacity for build, testing and support. One HKV lead plans the work across both, so you deal with one partner and one plan.
